Get to Know Robert Edwards

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management of Information Systems) and an AS in Mechanical Engineering Technology. I have Interned at Lawrence Livermore National Lab, as an Engineering technician. In the Advanced manufacturing division I repaired, diagnosed and collaborated on several projects such a 3d printers of various types as well as new, proprietary technologies.

In addition to working with cutting edge technologies. My skills include management of small teams, building computers and their networks, creating geospatial maps in arcGIS, data visualizations using Tableau, CAD modeling, prototyping, machining, welding. working on Cars, boats, and motorcycles (as well as learning and teaching about them). 

Just a few of my Interests/hobbies

• I enjoy working on Electronics projects such as smart home automation. 
• I love the outdoors and hiking, backpacking, fishing, self sustainability
• Recently started learning how to Sail 
• Stocks, investments, properties, etc.  
• Plan to learn how to fly a plane. 
• I also monitor my Co2 output (energy use, flights, etc) with the intent to offset and reduce it.
